Phase two

Phase two of Believe in a Better Colorado begins with district teams hosting one-hour conversations with small groups of key stakeholders, such as leaders of parent organizations, business leaders, higher education officials and public service providers in their communities such as transportation and health care leaders.

Stakeholder conversations tool kit
If your district has completed phase one – communicating with all staff and school board members about Believe in a Better Colorado – you are now ready for phase two.

In the 2008 “stakeholder conversations” tool kit, school district teams will find tips for hosting small-group stakeholder conversations, from selecting and inviting participants to facilitating a conversation.

You’ll also find updated messages and talking points, ready-to-use meeting handouts and additional resources about Colorado’s essential public services.
